We provide dedicated care workers who live in or offer daily assistance to clients, working in structured rotational shifts. Our system ensures:
Continuity of Care: A planned rotation between caregivers every 1-4 weeks, so clients receive care from a trusted team they already know.

Each individual care plan is tailored to the individual, and include:
- Domestic cleaning, ironing, on an adhoc or scheduled basis.
- Personal Cleaning, help to get in the bath/ shower/ to wash.
- Help with cooking, meal and drinks preparation.
- Shopping, either supporting our customers to go our shopping themselves or go shopping on their behalf.
- Support with medication, prompting and reminding when it is due.
- Night time support, both sleeping and awake services available.
This list is not exhaustive; the service is completely dependent on the customer’s needs and wishes. It is the happiness and well being of our customers that is central to our activities at all times.
We place live-in companions and daily or longer-term care workers. We operate a rota system with the care workers working for a period of one or two weeks or a month and then changing over in a planned way to another care worker. This is so that people can have help from a team of staff they know and who understand their care needs. Choosing how to handle your care or the care of a loved one is a difficult decision; you want to do what’s best, but we do live in the real world and therefore cost will be a factor.
