Deposit Information

• Deposit for Agency Fee: A non-refundable deposit of ₦45,000.00 is required to secure your booking. This deposit includes:

• Replacement of Worker: If the worker stops working within 4 months due to their own fault or resignation, we will replace the worker at no additional charge to you.

• The balance must be paid prior to the start of care services.
• The deposit secures both the placement of the caregiver and administration fees.

Terms and Conditions

1. A non-refundable deposit of ₦45,000.00 is required to confirm your booking.
2. Prices will vary based on the type and level of care. We will confirm the final price after assessing your needs.
3. Transparent pricing is guaranteed, and all details will be confirmed in writing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE on services relating to all artisans – It is the employers responsibility to ensure full monthly salary is paid directly to worker at the end of each month. Salary excludes feeding and adequate accommodation which MUST be provided by employer to employee as part of contractual agreement.

Worker must be looked after with reasonable nutritional balance at reasonable cost to employer. Worker must be provided food minimum twice a day. Minimum wage applies and this includes the feeding fee with adequate accommodation

Depending on employers location, the cost of transportation may need to be borne by employer to ensure safe travel to their workplace on the first day of the employment. This is not refundable and it may be removed from workers salary if the worker turns out to be unsatisfactory

It is important to arrange a video interview with worker, which we will arrange to save you money on cost of transportation to ensure you are happy to recruit the worker before the worker moves into your accommodation
